DENT x AWAKEORIGINS
2027
The Annual Founder Reset
June 8 – 12, 2027
Mallorca, Spain
3.5 days to transform the founder behind the business
and the business itself.
Following the success of the inaugural retreat, we’re returning in 2027 with an expanded experience in a new venue immersed in nature on the beautiful island of Mallorca, Spain. Over 3.5 days, participants will step away from the noise of daily business to reconnect with themselves, gain clarity, and create the inner shifts that unlock the next level of their leadership and company. With Mike Reid and Bill Coletti also joining the experience.
Exclusively for Dent Boardroom members.
Limited to 20 participants.
WHAT’S NEW FOR 2027
Following the inaugural Dent × Awake retreat, we’ve evolved the experience.
For 2027 we’ve introduced:
- A brand-new venue surrounded by nature on the beautiful island of Mallorca, Spain
- New transformational experiences
- Comfortable accommodation with modern facilities
- A renewed journey designed for both returning and first-time participants
If you joined us in 2026, expect a completely fresh experience rather than a repeat.
What You’ll Walk Away With
Over 3.5 days, you will:
- Gain greater clarity on your direction
- Expose blind spots in how you make high-stakes decisions
- Strengthen your ability to combine rational analysis with intuition
- Improve emotional regulation under pressure
- Reset priorities with a longer-term perspective
- Translate personal clarity into practical business decisions
- Leave with decisions made, not simply ideas explored
This isn’t self-help.
It’s about upgrading the founder behind the business.
Why This Exists
You operate in complexity.
Decisions.
People.
Capital.
Constant input.
Most founders optimise everything around them, but rarely create the space to upgrade how they think.
For 3.5 days we intentionally remove the noise.
- No endless notifications.
- No constant context switching.
- No external expectations.
- What remains is clarity.
And that’s where better decisions are made.
The Setting
A carefully selected venue surrounded by nature in Mallorca.
- Comfortable accommodation.
- Space to think.
- Space to walk
- Space to connect.
- Space to reset.
The setting isn’t simply where the retreat takes place.
It’s an essential part of the experience.
We’ll reveal the exact location well in advance, giving you plenty of time to arrange your travel.
