Resonance Retreat 2023
A magical three day deep dive into your own being. Guided by (electronic) music, silence, meditation, breath work, movement and nature.
Connect to yourself on a deeper level and sink into a state of presence, wonder, calmness and clarity. Your gateways into a deeper state of presence will be (electronic) music, silence, workshops, meditation, breath work and the surrounding nature.
Your retreat facilitators consist of three internationally highly acclaimed DJs, as well as awareness accelerators Joel aan ‘t Goor (Awake Origins) and Wouter Metz (Powerful People).

Expect an intimate gathering with a unique combination of profound workshops and musical experiences with an amazing group of participants amidst beautiful nature.
PROGRAM
Friday September 15 at 13.00 CEST – Arrival at the retreat premises. Pitch your tent, enjoy music and relax. Snacks, drinks and meals are included.
Friday September 15 at 19.30 CEST – Official Start Retreat (therefore we advise you to arrive at the retreat latest 19.00).
Sunday September 17 at 17.00 CEST – End Retreat.
Catering: lunch, dinner, breakfast and drinks are included in the ticket price. We don’t serve any alcohol.
Accommodation: A spot to pitch your tent is included in the ticket price. Showers are available as well as the lake to take a refreshing swim. For more comfort you can also book one of the glamping tents.
Location: The natural surroundings of Landgoed Energy up. Located in Zeewolde, The Netherlands.
Retreat Guidelines:
- We won’t give you the retreat program beforehand. We ask you to surrender to the process and on a moment-to-moment basis experience what the next step of the journey will be. You won’t even know which DJ is playing on which day. This also means that we ask you to join the retreat from beginning to end.
- Phone in flight mode. Throughout Resonance Retreat we will ask you to put your phone in flight mode and have no connection with the outside world whatsoever. In case of emergency your loved ones will be able to reach us via a special number.
- Come as your natural and relaxed self, with a desire to have a wonderful and fulfilling experience, and to learn and develop as a person. Please avoid wearing extravagant costumes or excessive makeup to this event.
- When you trust the process, during Resonance Retreat you will enter a natural high. We don’t allow use of alcohol or other drugs. If we notice that you are in a drug induced state, we will kindly ask you to leave the retreat premises. If you do want to use drugs there are many other events in which drug use is suitable.
